Did you fall off the wagon?
We’re here to help you with CONSISTENCY! Small, daily tasks completed over and over again is where the real changes occur. We believe that stackings bricks day after day build the strongest foundations. This challenge will provide daily (think drinking water, moving, gratitude) and weekly tasks (skipping the scale, stretching) to help you build a solid base for life and for your next ambitious goal!
This challenge is about you building a strong, consistent commitment to a better you. With that said, prizes make things more fun! Each week we will randomly select TWO (2) winners that have completed 100% of daily tasks that week to win a $20 gift card to ShawStrength.com. At the end of the challenge, we will randomly select ONE (1) that has completed 100% of daily tasks for the entire challenge to win a $100 gift card to ShawStrength.com.
